A new arrest has been made in connection to letters mailed to President Obama and Senator Roger Wicker which allegedly contained ricin.

Everett Dutschke of Mississippi was arrested following a search of his home and business in connection with the letters which were sent less than two weeks ago the FBI announced according to The Associated Press.

Previously, Paul Kevin Curtis was arrested in conjunction with the letters, but was later released after investigators failed to find evidence connecting Curtis to the letters.

Charges against him have since been dropped.

AP notes that a letter containing ricin was also sent to Judge Sadie Holland,80, earlier this month. Dutschke has connections to the Senator and the Judge as well as Curtis, the previous suspect.

Thus far, Dutschke’s attorney has not responded for comment. FBI spokeswoman Deborah Madden asked that all further questions be directed to the U.S. Attorney’s office, who has not released a statement following the arrest as of yet.
