The GoAround is from the East coast and has brought with them a unique combination of garage rock n’ roll, blues, and mainstream pop sound.

About their lyrics and sound The GoAround told LaFamos, “Our] songs lyrically serve to motivate people to analyze what they stand for… Everybody is essentially chasing the same things: Love, acceptance and happiness. That to me is the common thread that unifies all of mankind… and that is the point that we are trying to make.” LaFamos.

The album starts off with the single “Make It Loud” which showcases their raw vocals and has a catchy beat. Next is “When I Hit Rock Bottom” that heavily induced with the guitar and has a blues inspired tempo. . It leads the same tempo and style for the next few songs especially in “Her Love Is Like Glass.”

In the single “Her Love Is Like Glass” gives a taste of the soulful and sensual side of their voices. They talk about a potential love interest and how she is delicate and beautiful with lyrics, “She’s beautiful but breakable/ You’ll never see what’s in the inside/ So be careful because once she’s broken she will cut you open.”

The tempo shifts to a faster tempo and hits the rock n’ roll roots with the single “Fooled.” There is an aggressive combination of the guitar and drums.
