England's little prince finally has a name. Just over 24 hours after giving birth, Prince William and The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, have named their baby boy George Alexander Louis!
According to E! News,Kensington Palace and Clarence House Press Office stated: “The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to announce that they have named their son George Alexander Louis. The baby will be known as His Royal Highness, Prince George of Cambridge.”
The baby is third in line to the British throne and was born on Monday, July 22, at St. Mary's Hospital in London, England.
Kate told People Tuesday,"It's very emotional. It's a moment that any parent having just given birth will know what this feeling feels like."
Everyone in the royal family, including grandmother Queen Elizabeth is overjoyed and overcome with emotion.The London Eye Ferris wheel was also illuminated in shades of the U.K.'s red, white, and blue on Monday night to mark the birth of their newborn baby boy.
