Kelly Clarkson made a trip to Peru this month to perform for farmers and their families on coffee farms. Green Mountain Coffee hired her to make the trip as a part of their Great Coffee, Good Vibes, Choose Fair Trade campaign.

Kelly Clarkson's voice has taken her all around the world – but her dance moves are another story.

Clarkson had a great time with the performances. "It was so funny cause I didn't know if they were gonna like my songs,” the 31-year-old told People. “They would sing along, I think we did like a mini-set for them, so we did a few songs down there. They were dancing, it was just so cool!”

The dancing was a little too much for Clarkson – she said she couldn't quite keep up with her fans. "I couldn't do their steps. I was totally not Beyoncé. They all had these cute dances they were doing together… I just started doing the sprinkler and the running man," she recalled.

But it wasn't all fun in games – her vacation was an eye-opening experience for the “Because of You” singer. "I didn't know that a lot of them didn't have electricity,” she said. “That's the one cool thing that was for me to learn with this opportunity, [through Fair Trade] they have more opportunity with their whole community..I felt like I was actually making a difference, which is something I think we all want to be a part of." Fair trade, which Clarkson promoted, helps farmers gain the tools they need to become financially stable and self-sufficient, reports Starpulse.

Clarkson and fiancé Brandon Blackstock plan to elope after she wraps up her tour with Maroon 5 next month.
