ABC News is out with Barbara Walters’ annual Most Fascinating People of the year list and it centers mostly on celebrities who have stayed in the headlines all year. As usual, the No. 1 person on the list will not be announced until the special airs later this month.

The list so far includes Hunger Games star Jennifer Lawrence, who also won an Oscar for her role in Silver Linings Playbook this year; Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, or KimYe; and Miley Cyrus. The Duck Dynasty cast also made the list.

Among the key newsmakers on the list is Edward Snowden, who leaked the documents on the National Security Agency’s spying program. Good Morning America anchor Robin Roberts is on the list as this year, she came back to the show after battling myelodysplastic syndrome.

Prince George isn’t even a year old and the son of Prince William and Duchess Kate made Walters list. It will be fun to see how that interview goes.

Last year’s list included One Direction, Hillary Clinton, Fifty Shades of Grey writer E.L. James and Honey Boo Boo.

ABC News has scheduled the special for Wednesday, Dec. 10 at 9:30 p.m. It will be Walters’ final special, since she is retiring next year.
