Jason McWilliams was arrested Sunday evening on the suspicion of killing up-and-coming rapper Doe B (real name Glenn Thomas), as well as Kimberle Johnson and leaving six others with injuries.
According to police, CNN reports, the shooting was over "an ongoing dispute between McWilliams and Thomas."
McWilliams' mug shot echoed Doe B as he was wearing an eye patch over his eye, something that was a part of the rapper's image and was from a previous shooting.
Montgomery, Ala. media have been reporting that the nightclub where the shooting occurred was known for violence and even had changed its name from the Rose Supper Club to Centennial Hill Bar and Grill to get away from that association.
As previously reported, the 22-year-old was gunned down outside of the bar early Saturday morning.
The news had been confirmed by Doe B's management who tweeted through his account, acknowledging the shooting and passing of the Hustle Gang member. He had recently released a mixtape called Baby Jesus and appeared on the Hustle Gang compilation album G.D.O.D..
