Best New Artist of the year, Macklemore recently sent a text message apology to Kendrick Lamar about him not winning certain awards at the Grammys. The message included Macklemore saying that he was "sorry" and that "Lamar should have won."
Drake recently sat down with Rolling Stone magazine and said that the text message apology was "wack as f--k." The rapper went onto to explain that he thought the text message was the worst kind of behavior.
"I was like, 'You won. Why are you posting your text message? Just chill. Take your W, and if you feel you didn't deserve it, go get better — make better music," said Drake to the magazine.
Drake went on to explain that if Macklemore wanted to take this road he should have sent text messages to everyone in the category that didn't win.
Idolator added that an ongoing fight had been happening between Drake and Lamar, but this might be an attempt from Drake to make peace with Lamar.
Macklemore also won three other Grammy trophies in the rap category at the award ceremony.
