More effort is being used to find Malaysia Airlines Flight 370. Most recently China has asked to help the search to find the missing plane in the southern Indian Ocean.

The Malaysia Airlines plane has been missing now for 10 days. In an effort to aide the search, China has offered its assistance in the mysterious search. 239 people were aboard the aircraft bound for Beijing; 153 were Chinese citizens.

“We are discussing to see whether China could provide useful aircraft,” said John Young according to The Wall Street Journal.

As previously reported last week a Chinese government website, Xinhua News Agency, voiced that they had photographs taken from satellite images of debris that had come from the missing plane. The website claimed to identify floating objects off the southern coast of Vietnam as material from the plane.

Malaysia leads the search for the plane in an isolated area the size of France in the Indian Ocean. Also involved Australia is aiding to find the missing plane in an area more than 2,000 miles off the southwest coast of Australia.
