The North American leg of Kanye West's Yeezus tour may be over, but fans can still catch all of the passion in the tour documentary Yeezus , whose trailer was just released today.

The Yeezus tour saw the return of Kanye West as a solo headliner after a five year break, and luckily for his fans, all of the tour magic was caught on tape. The documentary version of Yeezus was directed by Hype Williams, who has worked with West on many of his most famous music videos, including "Gold Digger" and "Heartless", reports LA Times . The trailer, which debuted on West's official website , features jarring clips of West performing on tour, spliced together with the galloping horses from his "Bound 2" video and shots of sunset-lit trees. The documentary does not have a release date.

American Psycho author Bret Easton Ellis recently spoke about his plans to collaborate with West on a still-untitled film, as The Celebrity Cafe reported. Though this documentary is probably not the scripted project Ellis mentioned, it shows the movement of Kanye West into a new genre of creativity.
