Chelsea Handler may be bringing her unique brand of comedy to Netflix. The Chelsea Lately host is leaving E! and is reportedly close to a deal with the online streaming giant.

A source for The New York Post’s Page Six said that the deal is practically done, but they just need to decide on the format for the show. However, a source for The Hollywood Reporter said that the deal is not that close to being final.

Handler plans on leaving NBCUniversal’s E! Network later this year, when her contract is up. She has been critical of the network and remained the only show of its kind on the network, despite debuting back in 2007. Her ratings have also started to drop.

There were rumors that Handler was being considered to replace David Letterman after he retires from CBS’ The Late Show. However, CBS denied meeting with her over that gig and a 12:30 a.m. slot, although she did meet with the network to discuss other projects.

Chelsea Lately was a trailblazer on E! and could also do the same on Netflix. The company does not carry any exclusive talk shows or live programming yet. Netflix has focused its original programming on dramas like House of Cards and Orange is the New Black, along with the revived Arrested Development.

Netflix and Handler have not commented on the reports.
