The soundtrack to Disney's animated feature Frozen will not be thawed from the top spot on the Billboard album charts. The soundtrack has now logged another week at No. 1 on the charts, making it No. 1 for eleven weeks in a row.

Billboard reported that over the Easter weekend, the soundtrack had its largest week of sales to date selling over 259,000 copies. This is a 94% increase from its last week of sales.

Frozen is now only the ninth album and third soundtrack that has ever spent at least 11 weeks at the No. 1 spot. Frozen has now moved passed another popular Disney classic soundtrack, The Lion King which only spent 10 weeks in the top spot.

The soundtrack, which features Idina Menzel and Kristen Bell and the hit single "Let It Go" has already sold 2.3 million copies since it was released back in November.

Frozen was helped by Easter sales which tend to help albums that focus on being family and child friendly. It is often during the Easter week that music sales rise if they appeal to families.

Even with this feature film becoming one of the most popular animated Disney movies of all time, a sequel is not yet in production, The Huffington Post added. A Broadway version of the film is already in pre-production.
