ABC was very busy Thursday night, setting up its schedule for the 2014-2015 television season. The good news for fans of the network’s dramas is that most of them are coming back. Shonda Rhimes fans will also be pleased to know that another new series from the Scandal and Grey’s Anatomy creator is on the way.

Resurrection has been a surprising Sunday hit and will get a second season. The Hollywood Reporter notes that the show is averaging a 4.0 rating in the 18-49 demographic, including the DVR audience. The first episode drew 13.3 million viewers and a 3.6 18-49 rating.

Rhimes’ Scandal with Kerry Washington will get a fourth season and Grey’s is coming back for an 11th. Castle earned a seventh season and Once Upon A Time just got a fourth season.

As for new dramas, Rhimes’ How To Get Away With Murder will make it to series, notes Deadline. This was a pilot ordered in December and will star Viola Davis.

American Crime from 12 Years A Slave writer John Ridley and the Laurence Fishburne-produced Black-Ish were both picked up as well.

ABC did renew the Marvel series Agents of SHIELD and picked up Agent Carter.
