Billie Lourd, the daughter of Carrie Fisher, the actress who played Princess Leia in the George Lucas’s original Star Wars trilogy, will be appearing in J.J. Abrahm’s Star Wars: Episode VII, in an unknown function.
Lourd – the child of Carrie Fisher (pictured above) and Bryan Lourd, Partner, Managing Director, and Co-Chairman of Creative Arts Agency – might only be appearing as a cameo. As IGNnotes, she has only turned 22 this year and has no IMDb page or any known credits, meaning that this appearance would mark her feature film debut.
Star Wars: Episode VII, as Latino Review notes, will apparently be set 30 years after Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi. It is possible that Lourd will be playing Fisher’s on screen daughter.
Episode VII is slated to release on December 18th, 2015. However, due to Harrison Ford’s onset injury that was reported by TheCelebrityCafe, the film might be delayed until the following year so Ford can recover from his surgeries.
