The Foo Fighters will be releasing their follow up album to Wasting Light in November of 2014. This will be the eight studio release from the Foo Fighters' and it will be distributed through Roswell/RCA.

To celebrate this album, the band will be working with HBO to produce documentary series about the recording process and life on the road.

Billboard reported that the first teaser trailer for the Foo Fighters upcoming documentary features a quick listen at new music from the rock 'n' roll band.

In a statement released by the band and HBO, they explained that the series would focus on how they recorded the album. It would be directed by front man Dave Grohl.

The band members focused on eight cities to help with the creation of this eighth record: Chicago, Austin, Nashville, Los Angeles, Seattle, New Orleans, Washington, D.C. and New York, Rolling Stone added.

The trailer for the documentary aired this weekend on HBO during the TV debut of this years Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony.
