Christopher Walken and Giancarlo Esposito have been tapped for roles in Disney's upcoming live-action/CB film The Jungle Book.
Walken has been tapped to voice King Louie, who rules over a group of apes and monkeys, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Esposito will voice the wolf pack leader, Akela.
Walken and the Breaking Bad alum join the recently cast, and the only on-screen actor, Neel Sethi. The 10-year-old will play Mowgli.
"Casting is the most important element of any film and finding the right kid to play Mowgli was imperative," Jon Favreau said. "Neel has tremendous talent and charisma. There is a lot riding on his little shoulders and I'm confident he can handle it."
Others providing their voices for the film include Ben Kingsley as Bagheera, Lupita Nyong'o as Raksha, Scarlett Johansson as Kaa and Idris Elba as Shere Khan.
Favreau is on board to direct the Disney film based upon Justin Marks' script. The Jungle Book is set for a Oct. 9, 2015 theatrical release.
The Disney film is the second project Walken has booked in the last month aimed at all ages. Earlier in July, he was cast to play Captain Hook in NBC's planned musical Peter Pan Live, which will air Dec. 4.
