Paramount quickly deleted the tweet after inevitably causes an uproar among the Twitter community. According to TMZ, retweets included comments such as, 'WOW. Someone's getting fired for this," and, "Did Paramount really think this was a suitable poster for a movie release on September 11th?" TMZ also attempted to get a comment from the studio but has yet to hear back from them. The Hollywood Reporter also attempted to get a comment, but has had no luck so far.
BuzzFeed shared some more of the Twitter users' thoughts on the poorly thought out poster.
