With the help of Nicki Minaj, Queen Bey addresses elevator incident in a revised version of ‘Flawless’, released late Saturday night.
Lately, the ‘Single Ladies’ superstar has been receiving more media attention concerning an alleged marital rough patch with Jay Z than for her talent. Queen Bey breaks the cycle by releasing the ‘Flawless’ remix, which MTV reports to have produced enough online traffic to cause a temporary database crash.
The track includes the line “Of course sometimes shit goes down when there’s a million dollars on an elevator” – a clear reference to the claimed altercation between Jay Z, and Beyoncé’s sister Solange.
According to Directlyrics the singles release also confirms rumors that Nicki Minaj postponed the release of her single ‘Anaconda’ last week in order to work with Queen Bey.
The surprise single was released via iCloud on Beyoncé’s official website late on August 2nd, and is not yet available in a purchasing capacity.
