Hopefully, Han Solo will be at the helm of the Millennium Falcon once again. Star Wars: Episode VII has resumed filming.

Entertainment Weekly reported that the next installment of the sci-fi franchise has officially began shooting again. The shoot is currently on track to go until mid-fall.

Harrison Ford broke his leg on June 12 while shooting the film, which was what caused large delays in the production schedule. While reports from WKVT speculated that Ford would require six months of rehab, but the force was clearly with Ford. The actor has recovered much more quickly than anticipated, as he recently walked on the red carpet at The Expendables 3's premiere with only a slight limp and took part in the ALS ice bucket challenge without any visible leg supports.

While Ford was recovering, Disney and Lucasfilm have held firm to the set Dec. 18, 2015 release date of the film. Throughout the summer, other cast members have been filming scenes that didn’t include Ford.
