Marvel Studios’ casting department has been incredibly busy these past few weeks, building up the casts for new television projects. James D’Arcy is the latest to join the Marvel fold.

D’Arcy has snagged a role in Agent Carter, the spin-off series from Captain America: The First Avenger. The series focuses on the title character after Cap is frozen and Hayley Atwell is back to play the role of Peggy Carter.

Other actors recently cast for the midseason ABC series are Chad Michael Murray and Enver Gjokaj.

According to Variety, D’Arcy will star as the butler for Tony Stark’s father, Howard Stark. He is also an ally for Agent Carter.

D’Arcy is best known for roles in Master and Commander: The Far Side of The World and Cloud Atlas. He was recently in the comedy Let’s Be Cops and will be seen in Jupiter Ascending.

In other Marvel casting news, Scott Glenn joined the cast of Daredevil, which will be available on Netflix next year. It was also reported that Atwell will make an appearance on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
