The Black Keys have been forced to cancel the European leg of their Turn Blue world tour due to Patrick Carney’s shoulder injury.

Earlier this month, the drummer suffered a dislocated shoulder while swimming on vacation in Saint Barthelemy. “Tune into my new lifetime movie. ‘Dislocated shoulder’ airing right now,” he wrote in a post on Instagram at the time.

As a result of the injury, the group - which also includes guitarist/singer Dan Auerbach - has had to cancel all tour dates through March 10. The group said on their website that they don’t think dates beyond March 10 will have to be cancelled.

“We are very sorry to have to cancel our upcoming performances through March 10. Patrick needs time to heal,” Auerbach and Carney said in a statement. “We thank all of our fans for their support and we’re looking forward to getting back on the road.”

The group was scheduled to start the tour in Zurich on Feb. 16 and it wrapped up in Paris on March 9 and 10. Now, they won’t perform again until April 2, when they hit Brisbane, Australia. They continue touring through June.

They were supposed to perform at the Grammys’ 2015 MusiCares Person of the Year tribute to Bob Dylan on Feb. 6.

Turn Blue, their follow-up to El Camino, was released last year.
