They say there are only two guarantees in life - death and taxes. But there’s actually a third - that Woody Allen will make a movie every single year. Despite committing to Amazon for a new series, Allen will still make another film this year for 2016.

According to Deadline, the new film will be fronted by a two Allen newbies. Kristen Stewart and Bruce Willis will all star in the new film. Jesse Eisenberg, who starred in Allen’s 2013 movie To Rome With Love, will round out the main trio.

At this point, there’s no plot details, of course. However, Allen’s usual producers - Letty Aronson, Stephen Tenenbaum and Edward Walson - are onboard.

It’s no surprise that Eisenberg would work with Allen again. But it’s a bit odd to see Willis in the cast. While Willis starred in Wes Anderson’s Moonrise Kingdom, just to prove that he could still do a low-key comedy, he hasn’t really done much else like that in recent years. But it's clear that he wants to have some kind of career rebirth, since he's also joined a Broadway show.

Meanwhile, this is a big move for Stewart, who continues to try to get people to forget about Twilight. She gave a decent performance opposite Julianne Moore in Still Alice and she won a Cesar Award for Clouds of Sils Maria.

Allen’s 2015 movie is Irrational Man, which stars Emma Stone and Joaquin Phoenix. It opens on July 24 and follows 2014’s Magic in the Moonlight.

Allen has also committed to making a full season Amazon Instant Video series, but there’s been no word on what that’s about.
