In a new Q&A hosted by Reddit, Arnold Schwarzenegger had some pretty strong words about the sequels to one of his biggest films, Predator.
In the interview, Schwarzenegger was asked if he would be appearing in the upcoming Predator reboot, and he answered that he's not currently attached to the film. However, he noted that director Shane Black, who will be tackling the reboot, is a very talented guy.
He went on to criticize the Predator sequels, saying that none of the movies made after the first one have been any good. He chalked this up to Hollywood greed.
"The sad story is that sometimes studios do a great job with creating sequels, and sometimes they really screw it up bad, and it all has to do with greed," Schwarzenegger said.
However, he did note that the original Predator was one of his favorite movies to work on.
After the original 1987 film there was Predator 2, the two Alien vs. Predator spinoffs, and then Predators in 2010. Now Fox will be rebooting the franchise in a new film directed by Iron Man 3's Shane Black, as we previously reported.
