Capo, a Chicago rapper and member of Chief Keef’s “Glo Gang,” was shot and killed in an apparent drive-by shooting on the city’s South Side Saturday afternoon, the group’s manager has confirmed.

TMZ noted that law enforcement said the shooting occurred in Chicago’s South Shore section just before 2 p.m. local time.

Capo, whose real name was Marvin Carr, was struck in the back and hip and transported to Northwestern Memorial Hospital where he died a short time later.

After the news of his death, many rappers including Meek Mill took to social media and tweeted about the 22-year-old calling him “youngbull.”

Adding to the tragedy is that after the shooting, the vehicle that fled the scene hit a stroller and killed 13-month-old Dillion Harris. The child was at the bus stop with his mother when his stroller was hit. He later died at University of Chicago Comer Children’s Hospital.

Chicago police said they are questioning two suspects.

The South Shore area is neighborhood often plagued by crime and gang-related violence.
