After canceling his upcoming appearances via Twitter for “personal reasons” Justin Bieber seemed to be just fine when he was spotted in Los Angeles riding around on a scooter.
Just mere hours after canceling, the 21-year-old looked to be “relaxed” and “happy,” according to sources.
One source told ET Online that the Biebs was on traveling near the Hollywood Palladium and said he was "smiling.”
So it seems that the personal issue keeping him from appearing was too taxing.
Another source said that the singer was on a "little trip" with is buddies instead of heading to New York for those scheduled appearances. That source also claimed that Bieber was on his way to Orange County to stay with friends for the night.
As we previously reported Bieber tweeted to the account of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert as well as the host’s personal Twitter account to say he could make it to the day’s taping. He then backed out of another appearance for the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.
