Russell Taylor, the former chief of Jared Fogle’s foundation, has been sentenced to 27 years in prison on charges of producing child pornography. Fogle, who was a pitchman for Subway, was sentenced to 15 years in prison last month.

Taylor was arrested in April and pleaded guilty to 12 counts of producing child pornography, reports The Indy Star. Authorities said that he created child pornography that involved children as young as 9 in his indianapolis home. He distributed the material to Fogle and others, so he also pleaded guilty to a count of distributing child pornography.

Judge Tanya Walton Pratt sentenced Taylor to two concurrent prison sentences: 20 years for distributing and 27 years for producing child pornography. He will also be supervised after his release.

Pratt was the same judge who sentenced Fogle to over 15 years in prison on Nov. 19.

Taylor was the head of Fogle’s The Jared Foundation, which was supposed to support causes that fought childhood obesity. Fogle was quickly dropped by Subway after he was charged by police and his wife filed for divorce.
