Bill Cosby has suffered another legal setback, this time in Judy Huth’s civil lawsuit against him. The comedian will have to give a second deposition in the case.

In December 2014, Huth filed a civil lawsuit against Cosby, claiming that she was assaulted by the former Cosby Show star at the Playboy Club in Los Angeles in 1974, when she was 15. Huth says that Cosby forced her to perform a sex act on him. Cosby denied the claims and said that Huth had attempted to sell the story to a tabloid. Although the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office declined to pursue the case, Cosby gave a deposition in October 2015.

Huth’s attorney, Gloria Allred, asked the court to have Cosby give a second deposition, although the reason for that was not made public. As ABC News reported on Feb. 2, the court ruled in Huth’s favor.

Cosby’s attorneys tried to get the second deposition delayed, but it is still scheduled for April 7, reports TheWrap. Allred also said that Cosby’s team filed a motion to stay the case, and the hearing for that won’t be until March 30.

Cosby has been accused of rape by dozens of women. He is only facing a criminal charge for aggravated indecent assault in the case of Andrea Constand, who claims Cosby drugged and raped her in 2004. He is facing civil lawsuits, though, and his wife, Camille Cosby, will have to give a deposition in a case in Massachusetts.
