Caitlyn Jenner has filed a lawsuit against the driver of the Prius, who was also involved in the fatal Pacific Coast Highway car crash last year.

ET Online noted that the 66-year-old filed a cross-complaint against Jessica Steindorff, citing that she should be held "legally responsible for some or all of damages sought" by the driver and passengers of the Hummer.

Steindorff was in front of Jenner when the accident, which killed Kim Howe, occurred. The victim was driving the Lexus the reality star hit. Howe’s vehicle then veered into oncoming traffic and she was struck by the Hummer.

As we previously reported, Jenner reached a settlement with Kim Howe’s estate as well as a personal injury suit with Steindorff for striking her Prius after the Lexus. However, the I Am Cait star is still being sued by the occupants of the Hummer and the basis of her lawsuit alleges that Steindorff is at least partially responsible.

"It's unfortunate that she continues to not take responsibility for a crash she clearly caused," Steindorff’s attorney said of Jenner.
