John Mayer tweets animal theories, swears he's 'not high'

John Mayer isn't high, he's just having some strange thoughts.

In case you don't follow the "Love On The Weekend" singer on Twitter, he has some insightful things to say. Well, maybe not in this case.

The 39-year-old shared his theory about animals late Tuesday night.

Seems like a pretty legitimate thought, right? Following his thoughts were some very interesting fan theories.

Maybe this means dogs were once purple.

Or perhaps the Earth adapted to the animals' shades.

But it's this strange peacock cat that may have been the best response.

To further confirm since it is so unbelievable, Mayer tweeted again that he doesn't tweet high. Except for one time.
