To celebrate this relatively new award show, we’re honoring some of the nominees by looking into some things you may or may not know about them.
Lilly Singh can do it all. She started her career on Youtube back in 2010, naming her channel “||Superwoman||,” and has now reached over 12 million subscribers. She also has her own vlog channel that she started just a year later, she’s appeared in various films such as Bad Moms and Ice Age: Collision Course and has also released several singles as an artist of her own.
Singh has won a handful of awards in the past — including Streamys for Best Original Soundtrack, First Person and Entertainer of the Year. This year she’s up for Entertainer of the Year and First Person once again, as well as Collaboration (The Youtube Factory: Dwayne Johnson ft. Lilly Singh, Markiplier, Grace Helbig, Roman Atwood, Gigi Gorgeous, Alex Wassabi, LaurDIY, King Bach, Flula Borg and Brittney Smith) and Influencer Campaign (with Dude Perfect for Power Rangers). We’re wishing her all the best at the award show — in the meantime, here are five things that you should know about Lilly Singh before you see her tonight.
