Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have released their official engagement photos, along with a special not-so-official shot.

In the pictures, Prince Harry wears a blue suit while Markle wears a £56,000 Ralph & Russo dress in one photo while choosing a Victoria Beckham cream jumper for another. The custom designed engagement ring is on display as well.

The photos were taken by Alexi Lubomirski, who said of the honor, "It was an incredible honor to be asked to document this wonderful event, but also a great privilege to be invited to share and be a witness to this young couple’s love for one another."

Lubomirski is a protege of Mario Testino, who is known for his portraits of Prince William and Princess Diana. He has also photographed celebrities such as Julia Roberts and Angelina Jolie.

This candid shot was chosen by the happy couple to share with the world, saying thank you for the overwhelming support and love they have been shown since announcing their engagement.

The photos were released the day after Markle joined Queen Elizabeth, Prince William and Kate, her future in-laws and 50 other royal guests for a pre-Christmas luncheon, meeting many for the first time.

As we previously reported, Markle will also be attending the Royal Family's Christmas celebration. This is the first time an unwed couple was allowed to join the festivities.
