My Hero Academia has had fans waiting for an entire year for the impending continuation of its captivating new anime.
The wait for My Hero Academia is almost over as the Season 3 premiere date is set for Saturday.
In addition, the Season 3 premiere title for the School Trip Arc will be titled “Game Start.”
This arc and premiere episode look like they’re going to mirror what’s going on within the manga, which showcases the students of U.A. Academy entrenched in their summer training trip in an enigmatic forest called “The Beast’s Forest." The students from Class 1-A and 1-B are in their first real action since completing their first year at U.A.
Each hero class receives training from the Pussycats, who control the forest, in conjunction with the teachers. And the first goal of their summer training in the forest is to make it through the forest to get to their dorms.
It looks like the first episode is going to challenge these heroes-in-training while introducing fans to new settings and characters alike.
The series will premiere April 7, which is this Saturday, and you can watch and stream Season 3 of the series on Funimation, Crunchyroll and Hulu.
It was also revealed that My Hero Academia's first film officially named My Hero Academia: "The Two Heroes" is set to premiere on August 3 in Japan this year as well.
