Bryan Singer continues to give fans a looks at X-Men: Days of Future Past. In his latest on-set photo, the Twitter addicted director shows off Jennifer Lawrence in her all-blue skin as Mystique.
Singer tweeted, “First look: #JenniferLawrence as a vengeful #Mystique,” including an image of a make-up artist putting on the finishing touches for the Oscar winner.
This is definitely not the first time Singer has used Twitter to share behind the scenes photos to whet fans’ appetites. He’s used the micro-blogging site to confirm major casting news, such as reporting that Ian McKellen, Patrick Stewart and Hugh Jackman will be back. He also beat the press on reporting that Game of Thrones star Peter Dinklage has a part.
On Sunday, Singer tweeted a photo of himself showing the script to Dinklage. “Reviewing tomorrow's work on the flight back to Montreal with #PeterDinklage,” he wrote. He’s also posted a photo of Nicholas Hoult and Hugh Jackman on set. He also showed that Ellen Page will be playing Kitty Pryde, notes CinemaBlend.
X-Men: Days of Future Past is set to open on July 18, 2014 and is the follow-up to X-Men: First Class.
