President Donald Trump, Chancellor Angela Merkel, Prime Minister Theresa May and all other political leaders will not be in attendance at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's Royal Wedding.
Kensington Palace reports that it "has been decided that an official list of political leaders — both U.K. and international — is not required."
2,640 people in total are invited to the wedding on May 19 at the Windsor Castle's St. George's Chapel.
Many politicians were invited to Prince William and Kate Middleton's wedding in 2011. However, that is not the case this year.
In attendance, instead, will be friends, family, and members of the public who have displayed leadership and service.
Barack and Michelle Obama will also not be in attendance. They didn't receive an invite to the 2011 Royal ceremony as well.
The main guest list of 600 people has not yet be released, but this gives us an insight into who won't be there.
There have been no comments or statements from the politicians not invited.
