Scotty McCreery won the tenth season of American Idol in 2011 and his success hasn't stopped there.
Clay Aiken was the runner-up in back in 2002, the second season of the show and he has remained one of the most recognizable male names to come from the hit show.
Aiken's first four studio albums reached the Top 10 in the charts, a record that he had sole possession of in American Idol stars until Scotty McCreery released his latest.
McCreery reached the Top 10 with each of his first three studio albums, a Christmas album, and an EP. His first album, "Clear as Day," debuted in 2011 with tracks featuring Keith Urban.
McCreery is a renowned country singer who has won two awards at the American Country Awards, including New Artist in 2011 and Breakthrough Artist in 2013.
He now stands at the forefront of male artists who rose to fame from American Idol, a list that includes Clay Aiken, Daughtry, Philip Phillips and Adam Lambert.

American Idol is currently airing season 16 on ABC with judges Luke Ryan, Lionel Richie and Katy Perry. The show's ratings are dropping. The revival debuted to over 10 million viewers, a number that now has dropped to around 8 million.
This is Us star Chrissy Metz recently told Entertainment Tonight that she auditioned for American Idol and said it wasn't the best experience.
Luckily for Scotty McCreery, it did go well, and he is enjoying his success.
